Hello, My name is Nadia and I am here to serve you in your decorating style. Here is little more about me and how I became an inspired Interior Decorator! Growing up our house was always loud and full of life with friends and family. I fall 3rd in line of the siblings and I was always considered a little bit different. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario with 3 sisters and immigrant parents from Italy, we lived with very little. My mom took care of my sisters and I and Dad worked 7 days a week to support us. Therefore working on a budget was how we got through the tough times, but it made me realize you can still have beautiful things no matter what type of budget we work with. You just need to be creative and do most of the work yourself! So I got my first part time job as a baby sitter at 16 and started shopping at thrift stores looking for one of a kind items. My first project was a lamp that I spray painted black and changed the shade to match. I was so proud of how it looked – brand new matching my bean bag chair and side tables. It finished the little reading nook I created in my room and I was eager to do more DIY’s and that’s how I flourished into a hands on Interior Decorator.
